Design, construction and commissioning of the PandaX-30T liquid xenon management system

The PandaX-30T is a proposed next-generation experiment to study dark matter and neutrinos using dual-phase time projection chamber with \textasciitilde30 tons of liquid xenon. An innovative xenon handling subsystem the PandaX-30T, First-X, described in this paper. First-X developed handle safely efficiently, including liquefying long-term storing without losses or contamination, transferring cryogenic between storage module detector effectively venting out. five specially designed double-walled cylindrical vessels (Center Tanks) equipped three heat exchangers each for pressure temperature regulation. Each Center Tank vacuum multi-layer insulation maximum allowable working 7.1 MPa, allowing 6 be stored at 165--178 K 0.1--0.2 MPa phase up 300 6.95 supercritical phase. High-pressure (\textgreater0.2 MPa) only occurs case shutdown lack nitrogen, ensuring no-loss range 178--300 K.
